• Ezee Clean Sdn Bhd shall reserve the right to cease all work with immediate effect in the event that payment is not promptly received without being liable for any loss or damages thereof.
• No part of this service package may be disseminated, disclosed or replicated by any party in any way, and shall not be used for any other purpose except that set forth herein.
• Any purported rescheduling of services must be communicated to our team and confirmed at least 24 hours in advance to ensure the necessary personnel adjustments and arrangements can be made in a timely manner.
• Any call back on the general pest issue handles by our team within the contracted service period shall be conducted Free of Charge PROVIDED ALWAYS that no other pest control services have been engaged for the same issue in the interim and the same is not due to any contributory act or negligence on the part of the client.
